  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Coarsely blend the hazelnuts and peanuts in a blender or food processor.
  3. Place all the dry ingredients (hazelnuts, peanuts, oats, shredded coconut, dried fruit, ground flaxseed, maca powder) in a large bowl and mix well.
  4. Add the agave syrup and peanut butter to the dry ingredients and stir until you get a sticky muesli mixture.
  5. Line a baking dish (or two loaf pans) with parchment paper.
