Ingredients:

300 gr Spring onions

1 piece White onion

3 pieces Red tomatoes

1 tbsp Olive oil

1 bunch Fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- Cut the tomatoes into brunoise (small cubes) and place them in a bowl.
- Add the finely chopped spring onions to the bowl with the tomato cubes and mix well.
- Add the white onion in brunoise and mix.
- Add the chili powder to taste.
- Add the vinegar to taste.
- Finally, add the finely chopped cilantro and olive oil.
- Serve the ají with any meal you like, usually served with empanadas.
