Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. After washing the vegetables, cut them into small pieces.
  2. Clean and chop the garlic.
  3. Cut the bacon into very fine strips (lardons).
  4. Make a small cross on the tomato and immerse it in boiling water for 10 seconds, cool it with cold water, remove the skin and cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  5. Peel and wash the potatoes.
  6. Cut the green cabbage into fine pieces.
  7. Cut the basil into fine strips (chiffonade).
  8. Gently sauté the chopped onions, bacon and garlic in olive oil and add the chopped vegetables.
  9. Moisten with white stock and let it simmer gently for 30 minutes.
  10. Add the crushed tomatoes, peas, sliced green beans and broken spaghetti at the end.
  11. Let it simmer slowly for about 3 hours.
  12. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
